I will be calling Premier again.
Same day friendly service; direct, "no bull" communication regarding repairs needed; job was completed within a half hour at a price I am happy with. I wish I had called Premier first. I had another company give estimates, and I just wasn't comfortable with the "sales" approach they had. I found Jeff at Premier to be straightforward, honest and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what the problem was. He focused on fixing the problem at hand - not on selling me a whole new door. If the time does come to get the entire door or mechanism replaced, I will be calling Premier again.

I called around to get a price to replace a spring on my Garage door and was givin the run around untill I called Premier Door Service, Jeff answered the phone in a fast and friendly manner, He gave me a set price for replacement of both of my springs not just one like most of the other companys told me to replace. I set a a time with them to come and fix my door! Chuck was my repair man, He took the time to explainto me why it was important to replace both springs, He talked to me in terms I could understand and also showed me how to maintain my door to ensure I get the full life out of my door system. He was very knowledgeable and on time my time frame was 1-3pm and he arrived right at 1pm it only took him 20 minutes to get my door back in running order and he also lubed my door and made it quiter then when it was brand new! I will refer all my friends and family to Premier Door Service with out a doubt! A true Pleasure to do business with... Thank you again!

On the Saturday following Thanksgiving our garage door broke. After my attempt to fix the door failed I realized that I needed professional service. I contacted Jeff at Premier Door Service Saturday that afternoon based upon numerous reviews on this site praising his professionalism and service. I didn't expect a return call until Monday at the earliest. The previous reviewers weren't wrong. Not only did I reach Jeff that Saturday, but he was at our home promptly at 11:00 a.m. the next day. He diagnosed the problem, gave us three very reasonable options for service and was done within an hour. The door works like new. I highly recommend Premier Door Service, LLC.

He's a nice fellow and I would recommend him to anyone.
Jeff the owner is a very nice and humble young man. I advised Jeff that I was competitive shopping for a new garage door opener and he quoted us great prices on several selections from various makers and he was honest. After speaking with him I was sold. We set an appointment and when he couldn't make it he called and apologize and came out the next day at our agreed upon time. He was on time and ready to work. I didn't mind the rescheduling because he explained the situation and it was acceptable and he completed the job in a timely professional manner. He's a nice fellow and I would recommend him to anyone.
